  • Used on line feature to make appt - it worked fine. Appt went very smoothly - made arrangements to repair my old hearing aids and ordered new ones. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I travel back to Rockville even though we have moved further away.

  • Some 10 years ago I bought my first pair of hearing aids. About 3 years later an audiologist fitted me with hearing aids with upgraded capabilities. 2 years ago I consulted Dr. Kristina Deak who fitted me with Resound LINX QUATRO hearing aids and a TV streamer.

    Thanks to Dr. Deak my life is changed. I can hear and understand people. Bluetooth streaming from my Android phone and TV provide excellent clarity.

    The service, care and attention provided by Dr. Deak has been fantastic. She has made periodic adjustments to deal with changes in my hearing. Dr. Deak is always responsive and highly professional. She's also very nice
